What You’ll Do As an Engagement Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery workshops, define high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution deployment—from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration. How You’ll Make Impact • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that use Typeface’s generative AI platform to modernize marketing and creative operations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs, creative leaders, and brand teams, connecting AI-powered solutions to their strategic priorities. • Build executive trust through clear communication, strong governance, and proactive risk management. • Develop GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with each customer’s business goals. • Lead discovery workshops and develop actionable roadmaps for high-impact use cases across email, advertising, social media, SEO, and video. &
