Accountable for achieving strategic and tactical business objectives and financial metrics for B. Braun’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio. Why This Role Matters: The Product Director, Clinical Nutrition provides strategic and operational leadership for a critical hospital care portfolio across the United States. This role shapes portfolio direction, strengthens market position, supports successful product launches, and aligns cross-functional and global partners around customer needs, sustainable growth, profitability, and improved healthcare outcomes. How you will make an impact: Oversee product management for B. Braun’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio in the U.S. Develop and execute marketing and business strategies to drive market share, revenue, profitability, and growth. Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product launches, product improvements, and line extensions. Lead strategic brand planning, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio performance. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, KOLs, global teams, and other business partners. Identify market needs and requirements to support new product development. Support sales training, promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement. Manage operational aspects of the portfolio, including inventory, backorders, and quality issues. Represent U.S. market needs within B. Brauns Global Network Team. What sets you up for success: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 8–10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical nutrition, or healthcare. Strong knowledge of parenteral nutrition, hospital pharmacy, home infusion therapy, and the clinical nutrition market; relevant clinical credentials such as RD/RDN, BCNSP, CNSC, and PharmD are preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute portfolio and commercialization strategies that drive growth, market share, and profitability. Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional and global teams.
