You will: Turn sales data into business insights that drive profitable growth. You will act as the bridge between data, sales leadership and account teams Analyze trends, forecast accuracy and funnel health, and turn findings into concrete recommendations for senior stakeholders Partner with Sales Excellence colleagues and internal clients to confirm business priorities, define success criteria and KPIs, and measure outcomes. You will establish standard KPI scorecards and executive dashboards, and support periodic business performance reviews Promote the use of tools, metrics and processes by leadership and account teams, so that insights translate into better decisions, sharper pipeline management and corrective action (for example, win/loss and funnel diagnostics) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is Dirigente (V012). The gross annual salary range is between 67,400 € and 86,600 € Skill & Qualifications At least 8 years of hands-on analytics experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance or a closely related field, including turning data into actionable insights that support commercial decisions and profitable growth Proficiency in business analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau or Power BI) and in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to build dashboards, track KPIs and visualize sales performance for leadership Degree and fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and internal clients About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
