THE WORK Join our Interaction Design team and help create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences that address user needs and business goals. You will lead interaction design activities and translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive digital solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of design activities from discovery through final delivery, guide design decisions, and contribute to design standards and best practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead interaction design activities from discovery through final delivery. Translate complex business and user requirements into clear and intuitive digital experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction designs. Apply user-centered design, usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles. Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners, stakeholders, and technology teams. Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and feedback sessions. Present design concepts and provide clear rationale for design decisions. Use and contribute to design systems to maintain consistency across digital experiences. Partner with development teams to support implementation and ensure design quality. Document design decisions, interaction patterns, requirements, and specifications. Manage design priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines independently. Provide guidance and feedback to other designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED ✅Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. ✅7–11 years of relevant experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field. ✅Strong experience in interaction design, user-centered design, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping. ✅Knowledge of usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles. ✅Experience working with design systems and documenting interaction patterns and specifications. ✅Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive digital experiences. ✅Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. ✅Ability to work independently, manage design priorities, and guide design decisions. ✅Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE Experience facilitating design workshops and collaborative design sessions. Experience partnering closely with research, product, and technology teams. Experience contributing to design systems, standards, and best practices. Experience providing guidance or feedback to other designers.
