In this hands-on role, you will support and maintain critical Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, provide technical support to end users, and partner with business and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions. You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, network administration, technology projects, infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity compliance, vendor management, and shop-floor technology initiatives that enable operational excellence and business success. What You Will Do Serve as the primary site IT and OT contact, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, endpoints, networks, servers, and manufacturing technology. Maintain reliable IT and OT infrastructure and shop-floor connectivity by resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and process-control teams to understand priorities and support plant operations. Lead technology deployments, system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and equipment lifecycle activities while communicating plans, risks, impacts, and progress. Strengthen plant cybersecurity through network segmentation, endpoint protection, patching, access controls, Guardian Purdue Model alignment, and accurate technical documentation. Collaborate with local, regional, and enterprise teams to standardize and automate processes, support industrial automation networks, and advance Industrial Internet of Things, edge-computing, artificial-intelligence, and digital-transformation initiatives. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience providing hands-on support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, endpoints, networks, or servers. Experience supporting Operational Technology, manufacturing technology, industrial automation, or technology in a production environment. Experience troubleshooting technical incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Experience coordinating technology deployments, system upgrades, or infrastructure improvement projects. What Will Put You Ahead Experience implementing or supporting cybersecurity controls such as network segmentation, endpoint protection, patching, or access management. Experience with industrial automation networks, the Industrial Internet of Things, edge computing, or the Purdue Model. Experience using automation or artificial-intelligence tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, data analysis, or technical workflows. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
