Your project We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create complex digital products and enterprise applications. You will work across the full product design lifecycle , from discovery and research to prototyping, validation and delivery, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. You should have strong UX/UI foundations , business awareness , and hands-on experience with Figma, design systems and AI-assisted design tools . The role requires balancing user needs , business goals , accessibility and technical constraints in complex enterprise environments. Your tasks design intuitive, accessible web and mobile experiences from concept to delivery; translate user, business and technical requirements into effective product solutions; conduct discovery, UX design, prototyping, usability testing and validation; create and maintain designs, prototypes and design-system assets in Figma; plan and support user research, usability testing and workshop activities; apply accessibility and WCAG principles throughout the design process; collaborate with stakeholders, developers, researchers and designers; use AI-assisted tools to improve research, ideation, prototyping and validation; create rapid prototypes to test and communicate product ideas; contribute to UX best practices and team development. Your profile 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience; strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design; advanced Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping; strong knowledge of UX , interaction design , information architecture and usability; experience with user research , usability testing and accessibility (WCAG); experience in complex enterprise or B2B environments; experience creating and maintaining design systems; strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; practical experience using AI tools in design workflows; experience with tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, v0, Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot; fluent English, German is a plus. Nice to have experience designing AI-powered products or assistants; experience with AI agents, MCP and connected AI workflows; knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience linking design systems with development workflows; understanding of responsible AI, privacy and security; experience mentoring designers or introducing new design practices.
