Global Process Owner, Accounts Receivable

Meta is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead the end-to-end design, governance, and AI-native transformation of Accounts Receivable operations across our global finance organization. Revenue Operations is shifting the agent workforce from proof to primary, building an operating model that structurally decouples business volume from headcount growth and makes our ability to execute largely volume-agnostic. As our product base grows, receivables processes require an intentional structural design in order to both operate and scale. In this role, you will own process design, maturity, maintenance, and the evolution of automation models, skill taxonomy, and the secure deployment of agentic workflows across the Accounts Receivable domain, spanning collections, customer support, and receivables settlement. You will lead the process and automation architecture within the Order to Cash landscape, connecting operational needs with scalable tooling design to deliver measurable performance improvements, robust compliance and effective cross-functional partnerships.
