Finance Associate, Reality Labs

Job description

The Reality Labs Finance team, part of Finance & Business Planning, manages the P&L for Reality Labs, the division that makes AI/AR glasses and VR devices. This role is on our Hardware Devices Finance team, which oversees our R&D investments across a portfolio of AI & AR glasses programs. In this role, you will drive forecast and budget inputs, track performance against plan, and turn the numbers into clear insights for leadership. The role offers broad exposure across engineering, product, business, and direct interaction with finance and business leaders. You will work closely with business partners and cross-functional teams, contributing to financial planning and analysis across a growing finance organization.
