Job Title: Tosca Automation Tester (SAP S/4HANA) Experience Required •5-8 years of overall IT experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. •3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation. •2-3 years of experience in SAP testing, preferably on SAP S/4HANA programs. •Experience working in enterprise-scale transformation or ERP implementation projects. Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Tosca Automation Tester with experience in SAP S/4HANA testing to support automation design, development, execution, and maintenance activities across large-scale enterprise programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong automation skills using Tricentis Tosca, a solid understanding of SAP business processes, and the ability to work closely with business users, functional teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful test delivery. The candidate should be capable of contributing to test planning, test execution, defect management, and automation initiatives while maintaining high quality standards across all testing phases. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Preparation •Participate in test planning, estimation, and automation scoping activities. •Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation to identify automation opportunities. •Develop and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and automation assets. Automation Development & Execution •Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. •Execute automation suites for SIT, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End testing cycles. •Analyze automation execution results and investigate failures. •Ensure automation scripts are reusable, maintainable, and aligned to testing standards. •Support CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives where applicable. SAP S/4HANA Testing •Perform testing of SAP S/4HANA business processes and transactions. •Validate end-to-end business flows across SAP and integrated applications. •Support testing activities for modules such as: oOrder to Cash (O2C) oProcure to Pay (P2P) oRecord to Report (R2R) oInventory and Warehouse Management oManufacturing and Supply Chain processes •Work closely with SAP functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and validate solutions. Defect Management •Log, track, and retest defects throughout the testing lifecycle. •Participate in defect triage and status discussions. •Assist in root cause analysis of test failures and automation issues. •Support defect reporting and testing status updates. Client & Stakeholder Interaction •Collaborate with client stakeholders, business users, and project teams during test execution activities. •Participate in status meetings and provide updates on assigned testing deliverables. •Support client demonstrations, walkthroughs, and validation sessions. Team Collaboration •Collaborate with manual testers, automation engineers, SAP functional consultants, developers, and project managers. •Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
