Job Location MANILA NET PARK OFFICE Job Description Job Description: Social Commerce Purchasing Manager is responsible for building and leading P&G’s next-generation social commerce capability across P&G Philippines markets. This role is accountable for unlocking growth and value through the rapidly evolving ecosystem of live selling, creator commerce, affiliates, and platform partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in TikTok / TikTok Shop / Douyin or similar platforms and understands how to drive value across the full social commerce funnel. This Purchasing role will partner closely with P&G Marketing Team and external partners (TSPs, MCNs, Creator Agencies) to enable, source, and scale high-impact social commerce solutions while ensuring value creation, commercial stewardship and performance. This is a unique opportunity to build a new capability from the ground up in one of P&G’s most dynamic and fast-growing spaces. Key Responsibilities: Build & Scale Social Commerce Agency Ecosystem Lead the end-to-end development of P&G’s social commerce agency ecosystem Define sourcing strategies across TikTok Shop, live commerce, affiliates, and creator-led selling models Identify and onboard best-in-class partners (TSPs, MCNs, creator agencies, platforms) Establish scalable operating models for live selling, UGC generation, and affiliate programs Lead Strategic Partnerships & Negotiations Build and manage relationships with platforms (TikTok, etc.), TSPs, MCNs, and other relevant agencies Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations to unlock value, flexibility, and innovation Structure win-win partnerships that enable scale while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI Deliver Value Creation & Governance Drive value creation through commercial optimization, cost efficiency, and new funding models (e.g., platform incentives, co-investments, etc.) Develop frameworks, benchmarks, and KPIs to measure success and scale best practices Develop and execute purchasing operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of sourcing recommendations, contract execution, and supplier payments. Ensure compliance with P&G policies while enabling speed and agility in execution Build Future-Ready Capability Stay ahead of trends across social commerce, creator economy, and digital performance marketing Codify learnings and build playbooks to scale across brands and markets Upskill internal teams and stakeholders on social commerce best practices Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with internal and external customers. Expertise in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to recognizing and addressing issues. Knowledgeable in leveraging AI to drive digitization in the process to drive effectiveness and efficiency Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Job Qualifications Proven experience in Social Commerce, Digital Performance Marketing, or Platform Ecosystems (e.g., TikTok, TikTok Shop, Douyin, Shopee/Lazada affiliate ecosystems). An experience in handling Beauty Social Commerce is preferred. Strong understanding of live selling, creator ecosystems (MCNs), UGC, and affiliate marketing models Experience working with or within platforms, agencies, or commerce enablers (TSPs) is highly preferred Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and build new capabilities from scratch Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Schedule Full time Job Number R000151186 Job Segmentation Experienced Professionals
