The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall system performance. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions align with client expectations and technical standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database technologies and query optimization. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
