This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to guide the application lifecycle from conception through deployment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align technical solutions with business needs, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality and scalable software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong expertise in data integration techniques and transformation processes within enterprise software environments. - Experience in designing and implementing complex data conversion strategies to support system migrations and upgrades. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data mapping issues to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms. - Familiarity with software configuration management and version control practices. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
