This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and driving progress throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting modules and configuration capabilities. - Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday Recruiting. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Recruiting applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday Recruiting environments. - Excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
