The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks. - Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking processes. - Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
