You will engage closely with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and configuration of applications. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional groups will be a key aspect, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Your role will also include monitoring progress, addressing challenges as they arise, and supporting the continuous improvement of software processes to deliver high-quality results for the client organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems and their integration within enterprise environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing financial modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
