Job Description1.Control MRP (Material Requirement Planning) results and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers. 2. Follow up with and expedite suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in support of production and project requirements. Check import document, Work with EXIM dept to Ensure complete document before goods arrived 3. Manage the entire process for non-conforming (NG) materials. 4. Coordinate with the Sourcing team and internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain flow. 5. Monitor and process supplier payments. 6. Setting Safety Stock, MOQ (Routine review) 7. Control all document according to ISO require. 8. Other duties assigned by Manager Additional Job Description
