This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex network environments. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues. - Skilled in coordinating with various technical teams to implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for maintaining high availability and reliability of network services.
