This role requires envisioning how various technological components integrate to enhance overall business processes and user experiences. The architect collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions align with strategic goals and industry standards, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve product quality and operational efficiency. The position demands a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future technology trends and their potential impact on the enterprise landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and communication of architectural strategies that support business objectives. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with enterprise goals. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations within the enterprise architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). - Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and middleware technologies related to Electronic Data Interchange. - Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level IT architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with data exchange standards and protocols to ensure seamless communication between systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing technology performance and reliability.
