The Practice – A Brief Sketch Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative transformation initiatives, redefining business models and delivery approaches. As a Senior Manager, you will lead high-impact engagements and shape transformation strategy at the enterprise level. Here are some of the key initiatives you will drive: Transformation Management Office (TMO) Leadership: Leading end-to-end setup and governance of Transformation Management Offices for large, complex client programs spanning business and technology. Agentic AI-Powered Value Delivery: Identifying and deploying Agentic AI solutions within transformation programs to automate tracking, analysis, and realization of business value. AMS/IMS Transformation Governance: Driving value realization and performance management across Application & Infrastructure Management Services engagements in close partnership with technology leadership. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Manager with proven expertise in Transformation Management to lead and shape our clients’ most ambitious transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting foundation, deep AMS/IMS knowledge, and the ability to manage value delivery within complex managed services environments. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, technology leaders, and delivery teams to architect, mobilize, and execute transformation programs — ensuring measurable business outcomes are tracked, governed, and realized throughout the engagement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead Transformation Management & Value Realization Set up and run Transformation Management Offices (TMO) / Value Realization Offices (VRO) for large-scale client engagements, owning governance, reporting, and value tracking end-to-end. Conduct and facilitate value discovery workshops to identify business objectives, key value drivers, and measurable KPIs during the business blueprint phase. Build detailed business cases for transformation initiatives, working with business and functional leaders to track and report actual performance against targets. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive measurement, reporting, and analysis of business metrics and analytics. Devise, measure, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), value trees, and reporting dashboards to ensure business value is continuously tracked and communicated. Leverage prior hands-on experience using AI to manage large-scale transformation programs — including AI-assisted program tracking, intelligent reporting, and decision-support to improve governance outcomes and delivery speed. Drive Agentic AI-Powered Transformation Apply hands-on expertise in AI Agents and agentic architecture to automate and accelerate transformation management activities — including status tracking, risk identification, value analysis, and reporting. Identify opportunities within client programs where Agentic AI can meaningfully improve program governance, decision-making, and value realization speed. Articulate and demonstrate prior experience using Agentic AI in transformation contexts to clients and internal stakeholders, building confidence and adoption. Stay current with the evolving landscape of AI agent frameworks and proactively recommend their application within ongoing engagements. Managed Services (AMS/IMS) Transformation & Value Management Lead value realization and transformation management across AMS/IMS engagements, partnering closely with tech leadership and subject matter experts. Design and own end-to-end service delivery SLA/KPI for the managed services engagement, ensuring compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Drive governance frameworks for transformation initiatives, covering operating model design, continuous improvement, and stakeholder reporting. Provide strategic advisory to clients on evolving their AMS/IMS engagements from cost-center to value-center models — including automation-led efficiency, outcome-based delivery, and embedding value realization checkpoints within contract and delivery cycles. Stakeholder Engagement & Client Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, architecting and guiding transformation journeys with authority and clarity. Apply a cross-enterprise perspective spanning business and technology stakeholders, navigating ambiguity to pursue a consistent transformation vision. Collaborate with internal team members — business unit leaders, process owners, and IT teams — to capture feedback, align on initiatives, and manage change effectively. Maintain strong internal and client relationships through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and executive-level presence. Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor large, cross-functional consulting teams, planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing actionable recommendations. Demonstrate a proven track record in developing younger talent and building high-performing teams within a fast-paced consulting environment. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across delivery teams. Core Skillsets Transformation Management & Value Realization Deep expertise in setting up and operating TMOs and VROs for large-scale digital transformation programs. Strong command of KPI frameworks, value trees, business case development, and performance dashboards. Prior exposure using AI to manage large transformation programs — AI-driven dashboards, intelligent tracking, and analytics to enhance program visibility and value outcomes. Managed Services (AMS/IMS) Transformation Expertise Extensive understanding of AMS/IMS and its evolving value proposition — including the shift from traditional managed services to automation-led, outcome-driven, and cloud-native delivery models. Understanding of AMS/IMS from a solution architecture and deployment perspective — how engagements are scoped, designed, and structured beyond operational delivery. Strong grasp of outcome-based and contingency-based value realization models in AMS/IMS contexts — gain-share, risk-reward, SLA-linked incentives; a clear viewpoint is expected even without direct operating experience. Experience in structuring and solutioning large-scale AMS/IMS engagements with an embedded value element — understanding how value commitments are shaped at deal phase and translate into delivery accountability. Agentic AI & AI-Powered Delivery Familiarity with deploying GenAI and LLM-based tools for transformation management activities is a baseline expectation; hands-on experience with Agentic AI and agentic architecture is strongly preferred.
