Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work closely with Sr Manufacturing Manager, Operations Leads and Engineering to set monthly production schedules. Meets regularly with Supply Chain Management to review changing demand and schedule adjustments resulting from the unexpected (i.e. delayed raw material delivery). Must understand financial implication of any schedule changes. Reviews month to date schedule performance to “Make” plan and to “Ship” plan. Participates and facilitate weekly schedule compliance meetings. Works with Project Leads and Engineers to buy required materials and make schedule adjustments to provide machine time. Provides project support as required (material change, graphic change, BOM form updates, etc) Actively collaborate with leadership including Plant Manager, Production managers and Engineering leads to ensure budget plans are aligned to the right production volumes based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity. Maintains working business relationships with vendor sales and service representatives. Strives to meet or exceed raw material inventory targets in dollars and turns. Supports all plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Subject matter specialist in material master data including: MM updates, Manufacturing data maintenance and creation, Manufacturing BoM doc linkage, Purchase parts BoM creation, Purchase parts BoM doc linkage. Education and experience required: BA/BS Degree in applicable field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience required, 7 - 10 years of experience preferred.
