CSS Services Pre-Sales | Oracle Cloud ERP Oracle Customer Success Services — CSS — is looking for a senior, customer-facing Services/Solution Architect with strong Pre-Sales capabilities to support customers in maximizing the value of their Oracle SaaS investments. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them identify business needs, operational challenges, adoption gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas where Oracle CSS Services can bring measurable value. The focus will be on Oracle SaaS Applications, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP, with additional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Cloud CX considered a strong advantage.
