Our Global Transaction Advisory practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies. The work You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on: IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute IT integration phases Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of IT separation and data segregation activities Joint-ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired IT landscape for the partnership. Here's what you'll need Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields Experience in M&A / IT consulting Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology-related topics, including: enterprise software and digital platforms, cloud and IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology risk, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions Fluent in English and Dutch, working knowledge of other European languages is an advantage Willing to travel.
