Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Must have skills : SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new systems and technologies. The role also includes engaging in user and task analysis to ensure that business needs are accurately represented and addressed, facilitating smooth transitions and effective adoption of process improvements across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with strategic objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. - Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and validate process needs. - Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques to create clear and actionable documentation.
