This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. The position demands continuous refinement of model architectures to enhance their ability to interpret and produce natural language, contributing to innovative solutions in language processing technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model development with project goals and requirements. - Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance to meet evolving business needs. - Document architectural decisions and model design processes to support knowledge sharing and future development. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics. - Experience in designing and implementing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks. - Strong understanding of large-scale data handling and preprocessing techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency. - Familiarity with model training workflows and performance evaluation metrics. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to language model development.
