Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to understand system behavior and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues. - Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of back-end development including server-side programming and database management. - Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve software defects. - Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines. - Knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization strategies.
