This role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into strategic technology solutions. The professional continuously shapes both organizational and client strategies by introducing emerging concepts and practices. Engaging in trusted advisor relationships, the role demands clear and effective communication to align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring impactful and forward-thinking delivery outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the integration of innovative technologies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and expertise development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions. - Familiarity with API management and event-driven architectures. - Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset.
