Be part of our Quality Control team within the Operations function, where you will help ensure the quality and reliability of products. This role reports to the Team Leader, QC, and partners with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and laboratory operations. How Will You Make an Impact? As a Sr. QC Technician, you will perform routine and advanced analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in alignment with GMP standards, supporting timely production and release activities. A Day in the Life: Perform in-process testing of raw materials, samples, and finished products Collect and prepare production samples for laboratory analysis Conduct physical, chemical, or microbiological testing per SOPs Monitor production batches for compliance with specifications Record, analyze, and report test results accurately Identify out-of-specification results and notify appropriate teams Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance Follow GMP, GLP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and safety regulations Complete laboratory documentation, logs, and quality reports Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts Keys to Success: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Required: 2 years of Quality Control experience Preferred: Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory environment Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is a plus Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory practices Familiarity with analytical instruments and testing methods Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills, including Excel and laboratory software Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Ability to stand for extended periods Work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment following safety standards What We Offer: Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate Additional shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Annual performance-based bonus Annual merit performance-based increase Excellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits effective Day 1 Paid Time Off & designated paid holidays 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Career advancement opportunities Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $23.80–$35.69. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
