Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Forward Deployed Engineer FDE to accelerate end-to-end agent development and platform integration across the agentic CX programme. They will work closely with architects and squad engineers to deliver production-ready agent pipelines from prompt to AKS deployment. Key skills required: Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Agentic orchestration (LangGraph, multi-agent pipeline design, tool-call governance) 2. Azure AI Foundry IQ (RAG/vector search, private endpoints, index configuration) 3. Prompt engineering & evaluation (LangFuse versioning, golden-dataset evals, PII checks) 4. Context integration (Redis Customer 360, semantic caching, TTL-scoped keys) 5. AKS deployment (containerised agents, ArgoCD GitOps, Azure Pipelines) Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong experience in software development using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and high-performing software components tailored to business needs. - Familiarity with system integration and API development to ensure seamless communication between software modules. - Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
