This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the business. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead supports teams in navigating complex technical challenges and drives continuous improvement in software quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to financial software solutions. - Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards. - Experience in managing software scalability and performance optimization in complex environments. - Skilled in leading technical teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
