Manage the lifecycle of IT products within automation solutions, including global products and locally developed software Drive the integration of IT systems to build comprehensive intelligent laboratory solutions Develop and execute product strategies, including launch planning, promotion, and lifecycle optimization Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support product and solution positioning Collaborate closely with global teams for global product alignment and local adaptation Work with local R&D and external partners to support development of localized software solutions Develop go-to-market strategies, including solution-based marketing, pricing support, and promotional activities Support sales teams with solution-oriented selling tools, training, and customer engagement materials Monitor product and solution performance, collect customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement Engage with key customers, KOLs, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market recognition of smart lab solutions Join our winning team today.
