Job description

Project Planning & Execution Lead upstream automation product projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery Define project scope, objectives, key milestones, and deliverables Cross-functional Coordination Partner with Business Development (BD) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) to drive project progress Act as key coordinator to ensure alignment among different stakeholders and functions Project Tracking & KPI Management Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms, including KPI monitoring and milestone tracking Track project progress using structured tools (e.g., visual KPI tracking, dashboards) Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance Collaboration with Downstream Team Work closely with downstream product management and marketing teams Align upstream product development with go-to-market strategy and customer needs Join our winning team today.
