This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets business goals in terms of quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. - Monitor project progress and implement best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability in enterprise environments. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
