This position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support __ Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and pricing-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. Location:Jiangmen or Xiamen Mission Statement: Supports proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Provides business support, including expertise in product portfolio, trade compliance and excellent operations, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. Facilitates activities to drive profitable export business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: Supports the development and execution of strategies and business plans for identified markets in collaboration with manufacturing units, GPG, Sales and Marketing teams. Supports activities ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, forecast, and work in close collaboration with MU cross-functions. Supports the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events in collaborating with product engineering team, marketing team and GPG. Supports in developing effective and efficient standards and special pricing strategy in line with the global division strategy, value, competition, and cost/profit. Follows the established pricing guidelines and ensures their application/adherence within the relevant organization. Contributes to the creation, implementation, and maintenance information on global pricing to ensure proper internal transfer pricing across local MUs and establishes the processes to manage pricing requests beyond the scope of agreed guidelines. Supports leading and coordinating customer factory visit events or product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in collaboration with Product Management and the global team, build up solid customer relationship. Works as bridge between customers and MUs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and drive excellent performance to achieve on time on quality delivery. Shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree with international trade, marketing or equivalent experience. At least five-year oversea sales related work experience. Familiar with export procedures. Professional product knowledge CET 6, fluent speaking and writing English Professional knowledge and operation proficiency in SAP system Confident and independent to solving problems Good at managing global network, can take lead in global projects Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
