Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Role Description Assess market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, regulatory direction, and technology developments to support national-level account strategy and business decisions Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the EFS vertical from both commercial and technical perspectives, with the goal of expanding market penetration through workflow solution build-in Partner with pre-sales technical teams, including Application and TSS, to develop workflow solutions that align customer needs with company capabilities, and support early influence on national standards, methods, and regulatory requirements Own selected top strategic accounts and high-potential customers to deliver assigned financial targets, including bookings, drive share gain, improve win rate, and accelerate key opportunity conversion Work with regional sales teams to build strong relationships with key decision makers and KOLs, securing access to major opportunities through tailored workflow solutions Coordinate internal resources to deliver integrated customer solutions, ensure smooth project follow-up, and improve customer satisfaction to support long-term retention and repeat business Requirement Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum 7 years of sales or business development experience Experience managing key government accounts or complex strategic customers is needed Technical knowledge in EFS vertical or related industries is preferred Strong market insight in regulation Strong collaboration and project management skills Good communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Result-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a matrix organization
