The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed effectively support organizational goals while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the software components are integral to delivering reliable and efficient applications that meet evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance. - Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. - Ability to integrate Selenium with various testing frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automated test failures. - Knowledge of scripting languages commonly used with Selenium for test automation.
