Job Details: Job Description: Job Description: As a Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing, validating and maintaining SW components and tools for Intel Open Edge platforms (OEP). Candidate will be working with ODM partners to enable Robotics AI and Edge AI applications on the ODM platform. Further, need to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of OEP components on Intel Architecture (IA) systems. Candidate's expertise will contribute to the development of reliable, high-performance computing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and debug issues with OEP Software Components. Design, develop, debug AI (visual analytics, Gen AI, Physical AI, Robotics AI) applications and solutions demonstrating capabilities of Intel Edge Platforms. Enable Edge Customers with OEP Software Components by providing sample codes, demos and installation. Debug and resolve software installation issues primarily on Linux platform Provide technical guidance in optimizing AI pipelines to run efficiently on Intel platforms with CPUs, GPUs and NPUs Support customer across APJ region Understand AI application benchmark reports and compare them with Intel competition offerings Solving real time processing needs that are applicable in Robotics AI and physical AI Qualifications:Master's degree or Phd in computer science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Nodejs, Javascript, and Shell scripting. Handson experience troubleshooting in Linux platform. Strong understanding of AI tools and domains like LLM, VLM, VLA Agent and physical AI, opencv, gstreamer and ROS programming Knowledge on Intel Software components like OpenVINO, dlStreamer are a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with version control systems and open-source platforms.
