About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale modern cloud-based digital platforms and content-driven applications. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), and cloud-native application development. A particular focus of this role is the implementation and customization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital experience platforms. Candidates should also embrace modern software engineering practices, including test automation, Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-enabled development tools. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and digital platforms. Build responsive and performant front-end applications using React. Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Java. Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, third-party services, and cloud platforms. Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions. CMS & Digital Experience DevelopmentDevelop, customize, and maintain enterprise CMS solutions with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Implement content models, templates, components, workflows, and digital asset management capabilities. Support content publishing, personalization, and digital experience optimization initiatives. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Quality Engineering & Test AutomationApply a quality-first engineering mindset throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop automated tests across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing layers. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Agile & Modern Engineering PracticesWork within Agile product teams using Scrum or similar delivery methodologies. Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily standups. Continuously improve engineering practices and team productivity. Leverage AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and similar solutions to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance delivery efficiency. What Success Looks LikeDeliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud applications. Successfully implement and extend enterprise CMS solutions, particularly Adobe Experience Manager. Drive quality through automation and engineering best practices. Leverage AI-enabled development tools effectively to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. Collaborate effectively across product, design, architecture, and business teams. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering organization. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with: React Node.js Java RESTful APIs and microservices architectures Experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications. Proven experience with enterprise CMS platforms. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and secure coding principles. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
