This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering areas of concern and working diligently to correct them. The position focuses on delivering insightful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes related to the organization's profitability and overall financial well-being. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within the company. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Experience in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed variance analysis. - Excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively. - Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
