Role Title: Billing Analyst - 12 month FTC Business Area: Group Billing About This Role: The vision is to develop a strong, professional and client orientated billing organisation delivering value to the business through managing the integrity of the e2e billing chain for all market segments and assuring the quality of customer billing experience. Expectations From The Role: Key Responsibilities Manage processes for reference data changes e.g. rates, discounts & promotions Perform Bill Validation for the key billing systems Monitor suspended orders and calls / overdue unbilled charges etc. Run & monitor bill cycle volumes/values Resolve in a timely manner escalated Billing Queries Ensure appropriate controls are in place to minimise risk of billing errors Support Billing release deployments and ensure billing functionality supports anticipated customer needs Support billing projects Monitor bill production, print and post volumes/costs Bill Schedule management Bill Quality Customer Billing Complaints management Business Continuity Non Standard Billing Invoice reconciliation Key Performance Indicators Timely execution of Billing reference data requests Bill timeliness Resolution of Bill Queries Billing Volume reconciliations Monitor Print & Postage Costs % of calls/orders in error Requirements For A Successful Application: Competency Profile Business Competencies & Levels Customer Focus (3) Results Focus (3) Business Focus (3) Problem Solving (3) People Competencies & Levels Influencing & Winning Commitment (3) Leadership (2) Interpersonal Skills (3) Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Good of knowledge of billing systems and processes and control essential.
