This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively, while maintaining clear communication and alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and software development best practices. - Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and workflows within custom applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance and integration. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with various data sources. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
