You will assess the existing business environment, gather and understand high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with strategic objectives. - Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support implementation strategies. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. - Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
