This Position reports to: Engineering SCM Specialist At the Corporate Technology Center in Kraków, we create innovative solutions that are implemented in ABB products and systems. About the InternshipStart date: As soon as possible (preferably August 1, 2026) Hybrid work model: Only 8 office days per month Availability: 20 hours per week Your Responsibilities:Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, including creation, updates, transfers, and disposal Support fixed asset inventory processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance Handle administrative processes, including vendor master data updates and company mobile phone replacements Verify and process invoices while supporting the administration of business expenses (e.g. DHL and parking) Prepare basic reports and analyses to support the Controlling team Requirements:2nd or 3rd-year student pursuing a degree in Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Economics, Finance, or a related field Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, willingness to take on new responsibilities, reliability, and problem-solving abilities English proficiency at B2 level Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage A future opportunity This role is part of our talent pipeline, which means it’s not currently open, but we’re always looking for curious minds, bold thinkers, and people who want to make an impact.
