You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is pivotal in transforming business challenges into effective software solutions through thoughtful design and precise implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues. - Ability to write efficient and reusable code to meet business requirements. - Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques within SAP environments. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
