We are looking for a Media Specialist to fill a current vacancy. This is a full-time permanent non-management role. In this role, your key responsibilities will be: Assist with the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of media plans for the category Manage media tool entries, flowcharts, monthly budgets, authorizations, delivery recaps, competitive analyses, and billing Manage billing reconciliation with buying agency including Proof of Performance process Pull and format reporting data from various platforms including Media Tools, DCM Trafficking and tagging across all media types (Digital, TV, Radio, etc.) and ensure teams have appropriate specs and accurate creative is being used (key point to of coordination with Ad Ops, Investment teams and account team from creative agencies) Ensure all campaigns have media assets to traffic, working with the brand teams to ensure on track for delivery date Create and maintain records of plans, insertion orders, schedules, etc. Other responsibilities as needed; assembly of presentation materials, meeting setup, coordination with outside suppliers where relevant and other administrative tasks Assist in the evaluation of media opportunities What we offer: Responsibilities from Day1; you will have ownership for your work plan from the beginning and will have important projects and responsibilities to deliver Flexible benefits coverage, competitive salary and pension plan after 1 year of service Access to employee wellness programs including Employee & Family Assistance Program, employee support system, and psychology benefits Access to P&G’s flexible work arrangements including our hybrid work approach Additional considerations: This is a non-management position. Job Qualifications 1+ year Media Operations or Ad Operations Experience – asset if experience in TV/video, mobile, banner, search, social, publishing, programmatic and branded entertainment. Must have understanding of digital media planning and buying process, ad serving capabilities, tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution Working understanding of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying/investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, publishing, programmatic buying, reserve digital, social and search. Capable of working with new emerging tools and/or technologies Comfortable with technology, including tag creation and QA Strong math and analytical skills Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Toronto based office. Dans ce poste, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Participer à la préparation, à l’élaboration, à l’exécution et au suivi des plans médiatiques pour la catégorie Gérer les entrées dans les outils médiatiques, les organigrammes, les budgets mensuels, les autorisations, les récapitulatifs de diffusion, les analyses concurrentielles et la facturation Gérer le rapprochement de la facturation avec l’agence d’achat, y compris le processus de preuve de performance Extraire et mettre en forme les données de rapports provenant de diverses plateformes, notamment les outils médiatiques et DCM Gérer la diffusion et le balisage sur tous les types de médias (numérique, télévision, radio, etc.) et veiller à ce que les équipes disposent des spécifications appropriées et utilisent des éléments créatifs exacts (point clé de la coordination avec les équipes des opérations publicitaires, des investissements et les équipes de compte des agences de création) S’assurer que toutes les campagnes disposent des ressources médiatiques nécessaires à la diffusion, en collaborant avec les équipes de marque pour garantir le respect des dates de diffusion Créer et tenir à jour les dossiers relatifs aux plans, aux ordres d’insertion, aux calendriers, etc. Autres responsabilités au besoin : préparation de documents de présentation, organisation de réunions, coordination avec les fournisseurs externes le cas échéant, et autres tâches administratives Participer à l’évaluation des opportunités médiatiques Ce que nous offrons : Des responsabilités dès le premier jour : vous serez responsable de votre plan de travail dès le début et vous aurez des projets et des responsabilités importants à mener à bien.
