This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying key value drivers. The advisor also plays a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a central aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security policies within enterprise platforms. - Experience in designing and implementing role-based security models and segregation of duties. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks related to human capital management systems. - Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit processes in the context of Workday security. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues to maintain system integrity.
