Strategic contributor responsible for enhancing Commercial Capabilities processes to ensure business continuity and efficiency. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights and proven methodologies such as lean six sigma to optimize Commercial Capabilities pricing and contracting operations management. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to align Commercial Capabilities processes with organizational goals, ensuring that operations and methodologies are not only effective but also sustainable. By analyzing contracting data and trends, this position plays a crucial role in supporting informed decision-making and driving operational excellence. Major Duties & Responsibilities Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities Lead initiatives to streamline and automate Commercial Capabilities processes across DPS commercial orgnization, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points in current workflows and propose strategic solutions. Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform operational strategies and support business continuity. Develop and maintain relevant process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in methodologies across the organization. Implement key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of commercial capability processes, tracking improvements and identifying areas for further enhancement. Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provides training as needed with respect to commercial capability processes. Support cross-functional projects by providing analysis and insights that align with organizational objectives. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. Required Qualifications Consider and identify qualifications potential applicants must possess in order to be considered for the position. Basic Qualifications must be clearly stated, objective and relevant to this particular position. Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.) Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracting or operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields, preferably within a healthcare or life sciences environment. Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance pricing processes. Experience in process automation tools and methodologies, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions in complex environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven project management abilities, including experience in coordinating initiatives and tracking performance metrics, lean six sigma certification a plus. Knowledge of bids, tenders, and contracting strategies and methodologies, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
