The Opportunity This position works out of our Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the Corporate Human Resources (CHR). We are seeking an Assistant Manager, HR who will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance & employee support across multiple entities. What You’ll Do Payroll management Employee support & benefits administration Tax & compliance Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) & Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Projects & system enhancement Internal & external audit Employee Pass (EP) management Required Qualifications B.S. in Human Resource or any other equivalent 3–5 years of Malaysia payroll experience Strong understanding of statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) Experience working with payroll vendors Detail‑oriented, reliable, and great with stakeholders The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
