Main responsibilities Provide regular stock and coverage level monitoring, timely highlighting risks and opportunities and corrective action proposals Guarantee regular update of material master data, perform merchandise transfers and support SAP ERP system settings Support COE Distribution for inventory physical counts and monitoring of third party logistic performance Ensure data consistency and develop, track and refine Operation KPIs, participating in SCM dashboard design with BTS counterpart Monitor demand projection and fp incomings, optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence and excess levels Participate to monthly product Sales and planning meeting, acting as logistic expert partner and being point of contact between business and Global Supply Chain planners Taking part in quarterly inventory reserve calculation and act as point of reference for fp inventories Cooperate with QA and Regulatory Depts University degree in Economics At least 3 years experience in a Finance role with a focus on Supply Chain/Cost Accounting Knowledge of pharma business is considered as a plus Ability to analyze data and draw down key conclusions and actions Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP Used to matrix and multinational environment; Fluent in English (written and spoken); AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
