The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, Total Rewards Solutions, located in Bogotá Distrito Capital, Distrito Capital de Bogotá. The Director, Total Rewards Solutions is a global services leadership role focused on operational excellence and execution of end‑to‑end total rewards programs across compensation, benefits, and mobility. This role leads a geographically dispersed team supporting the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of reward processes and services. The position plays a critical role in translating total rewards strategies into measurable outcomes, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across global HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of global total rewards services, including compensation administration, benefits operations, and mobility processes across regions Manage and develop a global team of managers and analysts delivering services across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation cycles, benefits programs, and mobility processes in alignment with company policies Oversee operational governance, service delivery standards, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement Partner closely with Total Rewards COEs, HR Business Partners, and shared services teams to align execution with strategy Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization to improve scalability and employee experience Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and mobility programs Manage vendor relationships and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost effectiveness Provide insights and reporting on total rewards operations to inform leadership decision-making Foster an inclusive, high‑performing team culture aligned with organizational values and leadership expectations Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field) Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR or related discipline) preferred Experience and Skills: Required: 14+ years of relevant work experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and/or global mobility Proven experience leading global or regional HR services or shared services teams Strong operational leadership with a focus on execution, process improvement, and service delivery Demonstrated ability to manage complex, matrixed stakeholder environments across regions Experience driving standardization and process optimization initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights Preferred: Experience in a global Shared Services or Global Business Services organization Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and digital HR tools Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced services Knowledge of global compensation structures, benefits programs, and mobility frameworks Prior experience in a healthcare or MedTech environment Strong influencing and change management capabilities Experience leading teams across multiple geographies and cultures Other: Language: English fluency required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred Travel: Approximately 10–20% international travel Certifications: Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
