Job Function: Business Support Job Sub Function: Administration & Secretarial Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Site & Logistic Ops, located in Bogotá Distrito Capital, Distrito Capital de Bogotá. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. This role plays a critical part in shaping a high-performing and engaging workplace experience across Global Services (GS) capability centers. The Manager, Site & Logistic Ops drives site operations excellence, employee engagement, and business continuity planning to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and resilience in the face of disruption. This is an exciting opportunity to influence workplace strategy, partner cross-functionally, and contribute directly to organizational culture, productivity, and long-term operational success. Key Responsibilities: • Lead employee engagement governance across GS capability centers, implementing programs aligned with global engagement strategy to enhance culture, morale, and retention • Plan, manage, and execute employee engagement initiatives, including logistics, communications, vendor management, and budget oversight • Drive optimization and management of GS capability centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and modern workplace environments through collaboration with IT, Facilities Management, EHS, and EHWB • Establish and maintain site operational governance forums to align stakeholders and resolve site-related challenges • Manage internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, digital displays, onboarding orientation) to promote transparency and employee awareness • Support space and seat planning initiatives aligned with site growth, utilization, and operational efficiency • Execute Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle activities, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, and continuity planning • Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery strategies, including testing and validation of plans • Lead BCM awareness campaigns and ensure training compliance across employees, with tracking and reporting metrics • Monitor and analyze operational, engagement, and BCM performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or related field) • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred Experience and Skills: Required: • Proven experience in site operations, logistics, workplace strategy, or shared services environment • Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Facilities, EHS, HR) • Demonstrated ability to lead employee engagement or culture-related programs • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budget oversight • Knowledge of business continuity management frameworks, including risk assessment and mitigation • Strong communication skills with experience managing internal communication channels • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Preferred: • Experience working within Global Services or capability center environments • Familiarity with workplace technology, space planning, and digital workplace solutions • Experience collaborating with IT, Facilities Management, EHS, or employee wellbeing programs • Experience leading operational governance forums and driving cross-functional alignment • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies • Experience with employee engagement platforms and internal communication tools • Certification in Business Continuity Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISO 22301) Other: • Languages: Spanish required; English proficiency preferred • Travel: Up to 10–20% domestic or regional travel may be required • Certifications: Business Continuity or Project Management certifications preferred For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.
